A year ago I asked if you could make the Strawberries and White Chocolate jam. I just bought on 11/16 and it is the best. Thank you for making this flavor. It is to die for and I will continue to order as long as you keep making it. Thank you again for listening to your customers. Your jams are the best.

As a seasoned chef, I have to say I was blown away by your T.N.T. spice! Northwest cooking has been improved by your culinary innovations. My compliments to you! Walt Blush (Former owner and head chef of The Horseshoe Saloon and Steak House, Everett, Washington)

I was hooked from the start on your pickled green beans and asparagus, but when I tried the pickled cauliflower w/cajun heat, I was bowled over! Very crisp with the right amount of spice! Thanks so much for giving it a go! I hope that some day you will add this to your line.

We all love your foods! I'm from New Orleans and your Cajun pickled stuff really brings me back home. Make sure you keep hitting Maitland!

Hey Cathy... Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you regarding the HELLISH RELISH marinade... I used it on boneless, skinless chicken breasts- butterflied, tenderized with several fork piercings, marinaded for 2-3 days and popped on the Foreman grill for about 5 minutes a side... very tasty!
